On Sundays, 47 Report takes a break from its normal format so that I can delve into a single topic of significance. Today's focus in on the rogue judge from Wisconsin who is refusing to hold court.

ANOTHER RADICAL JUDGE WHO NEEDS TO BE ARRESTED

Wisconsin’s Rogue Judge: A DEI Disaster and Anti-Trump Tantrum

In the heart of America, where justice is supposed to reign, Wisconsin’s judicial system has been hijacked by a rogue judge throwing a tantrum over the arrest of her fellow liberal activist, Hannah Dugan. Judge Monica Isham, a poster child for DEI gone wild, has threatened to boycott her courtroom in Sawyer County unless the state bows to her demands for “support” following Dugan’s arrest by federal authorities. This is not justice; it’s a political circus, and Isham is the ringmaster. Born on the Lac Courte Oreilles Reservation, a member of the LCO Band of Lake Superior Chippewa Indians, Isham cloaks herself in Native American identity while peddling woke nonsense straight out of a progressive fever dream. She’s a liberal nut who needs to be sent packing—back to whatever ivory tower she crawled out of—or better yet, face the same jail cell she’s dodging by refusing to do her job.

Let’s cut through the noise.
Hannah Dugan, a Milwaukee County Circuit Court judge, was arrested by the FBI for allegedly obstructing federal agents trying to apprehend Eduardo Flores-Ruiz, an illegal immigrant facing domestic violence charges. Dugan reportedly escorted Flores-Ruiz out a side door to evade ICE agents waiting in the courthouse hallway. This wasn’t a mistake; it was a deliberate middle finger to law enforcement and the rule of law. And now, Isham, her ideological soulmate, is holding her courtroom hostage, refusing to hold court unless she gets “guidance” and protection from the state. Guidance for what? To keep flouting federal law? To shield more criminals? This is the kind of stunt you’d expect from a spoiled activist, not a judge sworn to uphold the Constitution.

Isham’s email to Wisconsin judges, titled “Guidance Requested or I Refuse to Hold Court,” reads like a manifesto from the woke left. She wails about not wanting to work with ICE, comparing their efforts to detain illegal immigrants to sending people to “concentration camps.” Concentration camps? Really? This hyperbolic drivel is straight out of the AOC playbook, designed to inflame emotions and dodge accountability. Isham’s Native American heritage—she’s the first Native judge in Sawyer County—only amplifies her victimhood narrative. She’s not protecting her staff or community, as she claims; she’s weaponizing her identity to push a radical agenda that puts illegal immigrants above American citizens. Her refusal to hold court isn’t just a dereliction of duty; it’s a direct assault on the judicial system she’s supposed to serve.

The DEI angle is impossible to ignore.
Isham and Dugan are the embodiment of what happens when diversity, equity, and inclusion trump merit and competence. Isham’s election was hailed as a historic win for Native representation, but it’s clear she’s more interested in woke posturing than delivering justice. Her rhetoric about “systemic inequities” and “historical trauma” screams bleeding-heart liberalism, and Dugan’s history with Catholic Charities and legal aid organizations confirms they’re cut from the same cloth. These judges aren’t on the bench because of their stellar legal minds; they’re there to check boxes and push an ideology that prioritizes feelings over facts. It’s pathetic.

The anti-Trump stench here is unmistakable.
Dugan’s arrest is a flashpoint in the Trump administration’s crackdown on illegal immigration, and judges like Isham and Dugan are the front lines of resistance. They’re not just obstructing ICE; they’re obstructing the will of the American people who elected President Trump to secure our borders. These activist judges think they’re above the law, thumbing their noses at federal authority while cloaking their defiance in sanctimonious rhetoric about “due process.” Newsflash: due process doesn’t mean helping criminals evade arrest. It means upholding the law, not rewriting it to fit your politics.

Isham’s threat to boycott her courtroom is a slap in the face to every Wisconsinite who relies on the courts for justice. Victims of crime, families seeking resolution, and communities desperate for order are all collateral damage in her one-woman protest. She’s not a judge; she’s a petulant child throwing a fit because her friend got caught breaking the law. And make no mistake, Dugan’s actions weren’t heroic—they were criminal. She didn’t just bend the rules; she shattered them, putting federal agents and the public at risk by aiding a fugitive. If Isham wants to stand by her, she should be ready to face the same consequences.

The Trump administration is right to take a hard line.
FBI Director Kash Patel and Attorney General Pam Bondi have made it clear: no one is above the law, not even judges. Bondi’s warning that judges who obstruct justice will face prosecution is a long-overdue wake-up call. For too long, liberal judges have hidden behind their robes, using their positions to undermine conservative policies and protect illegal immigrants. The days of coddling lawbreakers are over. If Isham and her ilk want to keep playing these games, they should expect handcuffs, not sympathy.

Wisconsin deserves better. The state’s judicial system should be a bastion of impartiality, not a playground for DEI-driven, anti-Trump activists. Isham’s boycott threat is grounds for removal—she’s abandoned her oath and betrayed the public trust. If she won’t do her job, she doesn’t belong on the bench. And if she’s so eager to defend Dugan’s lawlessness, maybe she should join her in a cell. The message needs to be loud and clear: judges who go rogue, who prioritize politics over justice, will face the full weight of the law.

Reminder: Only a few days remain for the DMLcbd.com extended BOGO event. The next one won’t be until July.
