Day 58
Trump gives Hunter a blow.
Today’s Big Story…
Hunter Biden and his wife are vacationing in South Africa with 18 Secret Service agents, despite not qualifying for protection. That’s now changing.
According to the New York Post, Joe Biden extended his son’s protection indefinitely before leaving office, despite Hunter, 55, not qualifying under standard rules, which limit protection to former presidents’ children under 16. A reporter asked President Trump about the matter, and if he would revoke their Secret Service protections. Surprised at the revelation, Trump responded: “I just heard about it for the first time. Where is he?!”
A few hours later, Trump announced that Secret Service protection for Hunter and his sister Ashley Biden, 43, would be revoked.
Another Big Story…
After Obama-appointed Judge James Boasberg tried to halt Trump’s deportation of Venezuelan gang members, Texas Rep. Brandon Gill announced plans to file impeachment articles against him. Gill shared the news on X, where Elon Musk responded with agreement: "Necessary. The very worst judges – those who repeatedly flout the law – should at least be put to an impeachment vote, whether that vote succeeds or not.”
My Thoughts…
Whether it is Hunter and the Secret Service detail he doesn’t deserve, or a radical judge taking the law into his own hands and then ripping it to shreds, Trump needs to upend the broken system and rock the boat until every ounce of corruption, abuse, and wrongdoing is gone. It’s going to be a rough and uneasy process, and along the way we may see things like stock market crashes and babies crying on the nightly news, but we must stick to the plan to Make America Great Again. Nothing easy is ever accomplished quickly, nor without an extraordinary effort. What’s that old saying… NO PAIN NO GAIN.
🚨 @POTUS announces Hunter Biden and Ashley Biden will no longer receive Secret Service protection.

SIDE NOTE: Last night, on the DML REPORT, I mistaken wrote the “EPSTEIN FILES” instead of the “JFK FILES” in the title of an article when referring to what Trump said is being released today. The article was correct, but the title was misleading. My apologies for the human error.

The Administration…
Trump issued a fiery Truth Social post, blaming Iran for orchestrating Houthi attacks and calling them "sinister mobsters" despised by Yemenis. He warned that any further Houthi aggression would face U.S. force. Trump also accused Iran of falsely portraying itself as a victim while directing the Houthis, supplying them with weapons, funding, and advanced military equipment.
President Trump announced he would release 80,000 pages of JFK assassination files today, calling them “very interesting.”
Trump has added a copy of the Declaration of Independence to the Oval Office decor, complementing his ongoing redesign efforts.
Trump will be speaking to Russian President Vladimir Putin today for further discussions on ending the war with Ukraine.
Trump announced the nomination of Bryan Bedford to serve as Administrator of the Federal Aviation Administration (FAA).
Agriculture Secretary Brooke Rollins announced USDA reforms to streamline pork and poultry processing, countering Biden’s 30% input cost hike and $49 billion ag trade deficit that have hurt farmers.
The Interior and HUD Departments are forming a task force to explore using federal land to ease the U.S. housing shortage.
The FBI is investigating a wave of “swatting” incidents targeting over a dozen conservative journalists and podcast hosts. Swatting involves falsely reporting emergencies to send armed law enforcement to a victim’s home, a tactic that has led to deadly outcomes.
DHS Secretary Kristi Noem announced that more border wall will be built in Arizona. Since Trump’s return to the White House, illegal crossings have dropped sharply, but Arizona still has 50 miles without a border wall.
Noem also visited DHS staff in Alaska, co-piloting a C-130 surveillance plane at Air Station Kodiak. She aimed to support Coast Guard service members stationed over 1,300 miles from the U.S. mainland.
Dan Bonginio has been sworn in as Deputy FBI Director.
In a viral video shared by Trump and Elon Musk, NASA astronauts Sunita Williams and Butch Wilmore, stranded at the ISS, thanked them for supporting their SpaceX-led rescue mission.
DOGE accessed the U.S. Institute of Peace building in D.C. with the assistance of the DC Police, following a contentious board restructuring by Trump. This action was taken after Kenneth Jackson was appointed as acting president by the newly appointed board, with George Moose, the former acting president, initially blocking entry.
Vice President…
JD Vance and national security adviser Mike Waltz are leading White House negotiations for a U.S. takeover of TikTok, with Oracle accelerating talks to manage the app. While discussions are in advanced stages, concerns remain over the role of TikTok’s Chinese founders.
Congress…
The House GOP campaign committee is targeting 26 Democrats to expand its slim majority in the 2026 midterms. The National Republican Congressional Committee (NRCC) released its initial target list, covering races nationwide. Republicans currently hold a 220-215 majority.
Senate Minority Leader Chuck Schumer dismissed concerns about a primary challenge from Rep. Alexandria Ocasio-Cortez after facing criticism for backing a Republican spending bill.
AOC narrowly topped a CNN poll on which leader best represents Democratic Party values. In the open-ended survey, 10% chose Ocasio-Cortez, followed by Kamala Harris (9%), Bernie Sanders (8%), and Hakeem Jeffries (6%).
Democrat Rep. Ilhan Omar has reintroduced the 'Neighbors Not Enemies Act,' aimed at repealing the 1798 Alien Enemies Act, which Trump just used to rid of gang bangers from Venezuela. It allows for the arrest and deportation of non-citizens during times of war or national crisis.
Sen. Bernie Sanders has publicly advocated for a significant overhaul of the Democratic Party, emphasizing the need for it to become a multi-generational, multi-racial working-class party rather than one driven by top-down billionaire influence.
The Resistance…
Fulton County DA Fani Willis was ordered to pay over $54,000 for violating Georgia’s open records laws in the Trump prosecution case. Judge Rachel Krause ruled that Willis “intentionally” withheld records requested by attorney Ashleigh Merchant, who sought her disqualification.
Whoopi Goldberg warned on The View that if Trump’s administration deports terrorists and revokes visas of anti-American agitators, it could set a precedent for broader deportations and exiles, claiming: “Any one of us could find ourselves being deported to some country when we’ve never been there.”
Former Rep. Adam Kinzinger told CNN’s The Lead that he would "crush" Trump in court if the DOJ charged him over his work on the January 6 Committee.
A 24-year-old Fort Collins man, Cooper Jo Frederick, was arrested for arson and other charges related to a February 27 fire at a Tesla dealership in Loveland. He faces five felony counts, including arson, possession of explosives, and criminal mischief.

French Socialist Euro-deputy Raphael Glucksmann called for the U.S. to return the Statue of Liberty to France, arguing it no longer upholds the values of freedom. Speaking at a Place Publique convention, he expressed disappointment, claiming the U.S. strayed from its founding principles. Karoline Leavitt responded:
Statue of Liberty is not going back to France
