Today’s Big Story…

President Trump has declared that pardons issued by Joe Biden in his final hours in office are "void, vacant, and of no further force or effect," arguing they were signed using an autopen without Biden’s direct approval or knowledge. These pardons included high-profile figures such as Dr. Anthony Fauci, retired General Mark Milley, and all nine members of the January 6 Committee, including Liz Cheney, intended to shield them from potential prosecution by Trump’s administration. Trump’s claim, posted on Truth Social, suggests that the use of an autopen—a device replicating signatures—invalidates the pardons, opening the door to legal scrutiny and potential investigations of those pardoned.

The controversy stems from allegations by the conservative Oversight Project, part of the Heritage Foundation, which highlighted identical signatures on Biden’s documents as evidence of autopen use, raising questions about whether Biden personally authorized the pardons. Trump further insinuated that the January 6 Committee might have issued the pardons themselves, accusing them of destroying evidence during their investigation of the Capitol riots. This unprecedented challenge to autopen-signed pardons has sparked debate, as the autopen has been used by presidents since the 1950s for various documents, though its legal validity for pardons remains untested.

Legal experts generally accept autopen signatures as valid for official documents, but the specific use for presidential pardons lacks a definitive court ruling, making Trump’s challenge a potential test case.

Another Big Story…

An Obama-appointed judge ordered two planes deporting Venezuelan gang members to return to the U.S. after an ACLU lawsuit over five individuals. However, the flights carried 261 illegal alien criminals and were not turned around. The Trump administration argued the order was void since the planes were over international waters. Trump used the Alien Enemies Act of 1798 to deport most of the alleged Tren de Aragua members.

The 261 deported illegal aliens faced charges including kidnapping, child sexual abuse, aggravated assault, and robbery. They were flown directly to El Salvador’s notorious mega-prison.

ALSO: Trump ordered airstrikes on Yemen’s Houthi terror group and warned Iran to stop supporting them or face consequences. Trump, who was golfing in Florida, issued the order shortly after finishing a round, still in his golf attire. The strikes were described as a “decisive and powerful” response to the Houthis’ threats to resume attacks on Israel. The operation marked the largest U.S. military action in the Middle East since Trump’s second term began.

My Thoughts…

I am SO HAPPY that Trump ignored the radical judge. Only a radical idiot judge appointed by Obama would order gangbangers to be returned to our soil. As for the Biden autopen, I support whatever it takes to get the slime to pay for their crimes but… Trump will have mountains to climb in order to win this one in the courts because that’s where it is headed.

The Administration…

  • A new NBC News poll shows 44% of Americans believe the country is on the right track under President Trump, the highest level since January 2004.

  • Press Sec. Karoline Leavitt announced she will boycott the White House Correspondents' Association dinner next month, thus, supporting Trump’s ongoing battle with the mainstream media.

  • Trump announced that records pertaining to Jeffrey Epstein, John F. Kennedy, Martin Luther King Jr., and Robert F. Kennedy are set to be released in the coming weeks.

  • Trump ordered the dismantling of Voice of America (VOA) and its parent agency, the U.S. Agency for Global Media, over biased reporting. Kari Lake, initially appointed to reform VOA, now calls it unsalvageable.

  • Sec of State Rubio confirmed that detained activist Mahmoud Khalil will be deported. Khalil, a Syrian-born Palestinian, was an activist during Columbia University’s 2024 protests.

  • U.S. Special Envoy Steve Witkoff said that Russia and Ukraine are closer to ending the war than when talks began under Trump.

  • Trump won a golf tournament at his Palm Beach club, calling it likely his “last” Golf Club Championship at Trump International.

  • A SpaceX crew capsule arrived at the ISS, delivering replacements for NASA astronauts Butch Wilmore and Suni Williams, who have been stranded since June. The new crew, from the U.S., Japan, and Russia, will take over while Wilmore and Williams prepare to return in a SpaceX capsule with a splashdown off Florida’s coast.

  • Elon Musk confirmed SpaceX’s Starship will launch for Mars in late 2026 during Trump’s administration, carrying Tesla’s Optimus humanoid robot. He estimates humans could arrive by 2029, though 2031 is more likely.

  • Elon Musk has voiced his support to impeach a federal judge who blocked President Donald Trump's deportation of Venezuelan gang members.

  • A court filing reveals that Musk is not an employee of the U.S. DOGE Service and does not report to its acting chief.

Vice President…

JD Vance and President Trump shared a viral meme that has Democrats in an uproar. The image displays three presidential portraits: Trump’s first term (2017-2021), his second (2025-Present), and a placeholder for Biden (2021-2025).

Instead of Biden’s photo, the frame shows an auto-pen machine signing his name. This follows reports revealing most of Biden’s executive orders and official documents were signed by auto-pen, raising questions about who controlled it and whether Biden was aware of all documents bearing his signature.

Congress…

Sen. Bernie Sanders and Rep. Alexandria Ocasio-Cortez are holding anti-Trump rallies in multiple states to push claims that Trump is a “dictator” favoring billionaires while cutting public benefits. Reports reveal they are asking attendees to wear masks.

Sen. Mark Kelly (D-Ariz.) faced mockery from conservatives after posting a video explaining he was ditching his Tesla due to its association with CEO Elon Musk. The retired astronaut said he bought the car for its speed but now sees it as a “rolling billboard” for someone he claims is “dismantling our government and hurting people.”

Rep. Jasmine Crockett (D-Texas) argued at SXSW that illegal aliens are essential because they take jobs Americans, especially the college-educated, won’t do. In a viral clip, she claimed that they provide food, clean hotels, and build homes—roles many wouldn’t pursue.

GOP Rep. Mark Green said he supports Trump’s foreign policy, calling China an existential threat and backing the dismantling of USAID. He is urging ending reliance on Chinese goods, warning that Beijing's economic ambitions endanger Western power.

The Resistance…

It was learned that Danielle Kurtzleben, the NPR White House reporter who “accidentally” struck President Trump in the face with a microphone, is a LGBTQ advocate who once suggested Trump has ties to white supremacy.

Hunter Biden escaped to South Africa last week for a luxury vacation, staying in a $500-a-night villa with Secret Service protection, while avoiding a scheduled deposition in a California lawsuit. A judge dismissed the case after Hunter claimed he was too broke to continue suing former Trump staffer Garrett Ziegler.

The radical Islamic group CAIR, condemned Trump’s expulsion of South African Ambassador Ebrahim Rasool, calling it “racist” and “Islamophobic”. Sec of State Rubio declared Rasool persona non grata after he accused Trump of promoting white supremacy.

MSNBC’s The Weekend slammed Sen. Chuck Schumer (D-N.Y.) on Saturday for backing the government funding bill, calling it a “black mark” on his leadership. Host Symone Sanders Townsend criticized the bill’s contents and announced she is leaving the Democratic Party to become an Independent.

A new NBC News poll shows Democratic Party popularity at a record low, with only 27% of registered voters holding a positive view—the lowest since 1990. Just 7% say their view is "very" positive.

While on CNN, radical Democrat House Member J. Crockett told Jake Tapper there may not be elections in 4 years. See video.

In Non-Trump News…
