Where are the Epstein files? DOJ answers
Today’s Big Story…
Attorney General Pam Bondi said the FBI is still reviewing “tens of thousands” of child porn videos found with Jeffrey Epstein. She addressed the delay in releasing related documents after a reporter questioned her following a press conference announcement.
“The FBI, they’re reviewing… there are tens of thousands of videos of Epstein with children or child porn and there are hundreds of victims and no one victim will ever get released, it’s just the volume and that’s what they’re going through right now,” Bondi said. “The FBI is diligently going through that… I’ll call him later.”
Meanwhile, after announcing a 7-day break and assuring the public he was “not suicidal,” journalist James O’Keefe released a new undercover video featuring John Bryan, a former financial advisor. Bryan is seen admitting he once defended Prince Andrew against sex allegations involving Virginia Giuffre, an Epstein victim who recently killed herself, but later discovered Prince Andrew had lied and was, in fact, involved with underage girls.
Another Big Story…
Kilmar Abrego Garcia, an illegal alien and alleged MS-13 member deported to El Salvador under the Trump administration, is now under DOJ investigation after a convicted smuggler told the FBI he hired Garcia to smuggle noncitizens into the U.S.
The Department of Homeland Security released 2022 bodycam footage showing Tennessee troopers stopping Garcia, who was driving a vehicle registered to Jose Ramon Hernandez-Reyes. Inside were nine passengers with no luggage, raising suspicions of human smuggling. Despite concerns, troopers let Garcia continue after consulting federal agents.
And despite all this overwhelming evidence, including a track record of spousal abuse committed by Garcia, House and Senate Democrats are urging President Trump to bring him back to the U.S., arguing he was unfairly deported under a deal with El Salvador’s President Nayib Bukele.
BREAKING: The convicted human trafficker who owned the van driven by deported MS-13 gang member Kilmar Abrego Garcia, has reportedly told DOJ officials that he PAID Garcia to transport ILLEGAL ALIENS from Texas across the country.

After President Trump proposed reopening Alcatraz to house violent criminals, former FBI agent Jonathan Gilliam offered a different idea. He suggested using San Clemente Island, 90 miles off San Diego, noting it's remote with only a training base—making it ideal for secure incarceration.

In a 2012 letter to then-Attorney General Eric Holder, current HHS Secretary Robert F. Kennedy Jr. urged the Obama administration to review an audio clip from his father’s 1968 assassination, which appeared to capture more gunshots than the convicted killer’s weapon could fire. The letter was among thousands of documents released by the National Archives.
Vice President…
JD Vance criticized Russia's demands to end the Ukraine war as excessive, citing conditions like Ukraine abandoning NATO and recognizing seized territories. Speaking at a security conference, he stressed the need for direct negotiations between Russia and Ukraine. Vance added that while Ukraine accepted a proposed 30-day ceasefire, Russia rejected it over strategic concerns.
Congress…

President Trump said it was “disappointing” that Sen. Thom Tillis is against his pick for D.C. U.S. attorney, Ed Martin, but deferred to senators to vote as they see fit. He praised Martin’s talent and noted a 25% drop in violent crime in D.C.
At a House hearing on transgender athletes, Rep. Jasmine Crockett (D-Texas) mocked the proceedings by asking a witness to play “Trump or trans.” She criticized the hearing as a GOP distraction from what she called their “demonic and disastrous” policies hurting Americans.

The Resistance…
The Federal Reserve held interest rates steady for the third straight time yesterday, despite President Trump’s calls to cut borrowing costs.
A federal judge ordered the Trump administration to immediately admit about 12,000 refugees, partially blocking Trump’s executive order halting the refugee program. Judge Jamal Whitehead, a Biden appointee, rejected the administration’s argument that only 160 should be processed.
An investigation revealed that the U.S. African Development Foundation (USADF), a federal agency, allegedly misused foreign aid by routing funds through African organizations to covertly pay D.C.-based staff and associates, circumventing U.S. financial oversight. This scheme involved offshore accounts and non-competitive contracts.
Chantelle Lavergne Woods of California pleaded guilty to helping hundreds of illegal aliens obtain green cards using fake medical records without a doctor’s approval.
New York taxpayers may have to cover Attorney General Letitia James’ legal fees in DOJ probes over alleged real estate fraud. A state budget provision allows certain officials to use a $10 million fund for legal costs tied to Trump-era investigations related to their official duties.
Pro-Palestinian protesters clashed with campus security at Columbia University’s main library during an “Emergency Rally.”
The U.S. air traffic control system faces about 1,000 equipment failures weekly due to aging infrastructure and staff shortages. A recent radar blackout at Newark Airport, caused by a burnt wire, caused major delays and highlighted these weaknesses.
