TODAY’S BIG STORY…

ICE raided a Texas bakery owned by Leonardo Baez and Nora Alicia Avila-Guel, who now face felony charges for harboring illegal aliens. During the raid, ICE arrested eight suspected illegal aliens. The owners admitted knowing their employees were in the U.S. illegally, and two workers confirmed they were "willfully" harbored. Baez and Avila-Guel now face charges under 8 USC 1324, the law Tom Homan frequently cited to target those who hide, harbor, conceal, or assist illegal aliens.

Federal prosecutions of business owners hiring illegal aliens were once rare, but Trump is now taking a stricter stance. In January, he declared a border emergency and vowed to curb crossings and deport illegal immigrants in phases.

AND HERE’S ANOTHER BIG STORY…

The Associated Press has joined the list of agencies, groups, and far-left folks who are going to war with Trump and his administration. The AP has filed a lawsuit against three officials from the Trump administration for restricting AP reporters' access to presidential events, including the Oval Office and Air Force One. This action was taken after the AP refused to comply with an executive directive to use 'Gulf of America' instead of 'Gulf of Mexico'. The lawsuit cites violations of the First and Fifth Amendments.

MY OPINION…

I have long called for workplace raids to take place. And now that they are happening — watch the issue of illegal immigration diminish quickly. As for the AP’s lawsuit, their gross bias against Trump and conservatives is well documented. I say we sue them, the lefty media, and Big Tech for lying and violating the 1st Amendment. Consider these stats:

- News Outlets. A NC State study pegged CNN at 93% negative on Trump, NY Times at 87%, with AP not far behind. In 2025, posts on X from CNN, NY Times, and AP reportedly clock in at 80-93% negative, rarely ever do they cover Trump’s policy wins.

- Facebook. A recent study shows roughly 28% of pro-Trump news is suppressed, flagged, downranked, or buried. Anti-Trump and pro-left nonsense is only 9%. That’s triple the hit rate against Trump and people like me who report the truth about him.

- Email. Reportedly GMAIL sends 10.6% of conservative emails into spam, compared to only 4.7% of liberals. AOL is worse: 32.5% of conservative emails get trashed, while a mere 10.3% of lefty emails go to spam. All together, regardless of the provider, the Right’s message dies in spam. This is no glitch—it’s the bias of Big Tech.

This move is part of a strategic plan to enhance operational capabilities across various locations.

  • DOGE revealed the U.S. government holds over 4 million active credit cards, with 90 million transactions totaling $40 billion in FY24. The Department of Defense led with 2.4 million accounts and 27.2 million transactions.

  • HHS Sec Kennedy posted on X, “No stone will be left unturned in our effort to end chronic disease. The health of our children is a higher calling for all of us.”

  • The U.S. Marshals Service has granted certain federal law enforcement rights and protections to members of Elon Musk's private security team. This unusual move comes in response to heightened security concerns surrounding Musk, who is not eligible for Secret Service protection.

  • The DOJ issued a formal complaint with the U.S. Court of Appeals, accusing Judge Ana Reyes of "misconduct" during a heated case where two LGBTQ groups challenged Trump’s orders banning transgender individuals from the military. The DOJ claims the transcript exposes multiple instances where Reyes’ behavior undermined the dignity of the proceedings and hinted at bias, casting doubt on her impartiality.

  • Celebrity Kathy Lee Gifford has revealed that Trump saved her from a maniac stalker 31 years ago. Full story and the video…

VICE PRESIDENT…

JD Vance defended President Trump's Ukraine policy, arguing that negotiations with Russia were pragmatic given Ukraine's lack of a credible path to victory, countering accusations of “Russian appeasement.”

In a lengthy X post, Vance dismissed media speculation and symbolic gestures like NATO membership for Ukraine, emphasizing Trump's goal of achieving a lasting peace since the 2022 invasion.

CONGRESS…

Senate Republicans secured a victory by passing their budget resolution to advance President Trump’s top priorities, including enhanced border security. After nearly 10 hours of votes on Democratic amendments, the measure passed 52-48, with Sen. Rand Paul as the lone GOP dissenter over Ukraine support. Senate Democrats unanimously opposed it, though two Republican-led amendments were adopted.

Sen. Bernie Sanders has embarked on a national 'Fighting Oligarchy' tour, starting in Omaha, Nebraska. Sanders is addressing his concerns about wealth inequality and the rise of authoritarianism in the U.S., rallying support against what he describes as an existential threat to democracy. In response, the White House responded on X by highlighting that Sanders is rich himself. The senator owns three homes and sells his books for millions of dollars.

Rep. Byron Donalds responded to President Trump’s endorsement and support for his potential gubernatorial candidacy for Florida. In his response, Donalds indicated he is serious about running, writing: “President Trump is Making America Great Again. I’m committed to working with him to Keep Florida Great. Announcement coming soon!”
