47 Report: Day 27
Trump nails ten time deportee wanted for murder.
MAKE AMERICA GREAT AGAIN…
I.C.E. officers in Houston deported Humberto Romero Avila back to Mexico on Friday. Romero is wanted in Mexico for the murder of a 22-year-old Mexican national in 2007. What makes this story super interesting, and feverishly troubling, is that the 45-year-old gang member and accused murderer had illegally entered the U.S. ten times.
Entries 1, 2, 3, 4, and 5… During the illegal-alien-friendly presidency of George Bush, Romero Avila entered the U.S. illegally on March 22, 2002; June 14, 2002; June 16, 2002; June 20, 2002; and March 3, 2005. Each time, he was returned to Mexico on the same day he entered.
Entry 6… Romero Avila was able to cross the border and escape Border Patrol agents during the open border days of Barack Obama. Eventually, I.C.E. found him in 2012 after he was busted for a DUI. Soon after, I.C.E. issued a detainer and took him into custody. They released him into Mexico days later.
Entry 7… He crossed the border again under the watch of Obama. I.C.E. eventually found him in August 2013 at a county jail following a larceny and DUI arrest. Again, I.C.E. issued a detainer and took him into custody in 2014. He was later released into Mexico.
Entry 8… Crossing the border just months later, still under Obama’s watch, he was caught by Border Patrol and immediately sent back to Mexico.
Entry 9… Weeks later, and yes it was still under Obama’s watch, Romero Avila crossed again but was apprehended. This time his case was referred to the U.S. District Court for the Southern District of Texas, which convicted him of illegal entry and sentenced him to 150 days in jail. He was later transferred to I.C.E. for release into Mexico.
Entry 10… He crossed over again. And yes, he was busted again for DUI. This time it was in in March 2024, a.k.a. the wide-open-border era led by Joe Biden. I.C.E. lodged a detainer, and that’s when they learned he was wanted for murder.
Had Kamala Harris won the 2024 election, odds are Romero Avila would be have been released into Mexico only to return days later so he could drive drunk throughout our streets. But Trump won the presidency, and so the accused murderer and serial border crosser was convicted of illegal reentry on January 28. The Bureau of Prisons transferred Romero into I.C.E. custody on January 31. Only this time, instead of being released back into Mexico, he was handed over to Mexican authorities. He will soon stand trial for murder charges.
AND HERE’S ANOTHER GREAT STORY…
The Department of Government Efficiency (DOGE) announced Friday the recovery of approximately $1.9 billion in HUD funds that were previously misplaced due to administrative inefficiencies during the Biden administration. These funds, originally intended for financial services administration, were no longer required for their designated purpose.
MY OPINION…
I love reporting on Trump’s crackdown on illegal aliens. And I am thrilled about the capture of Romero Avila, and I bet he will not be coming back anytime soon. With that said, how is it that our government allowed so many foreign criminals to enter at will? While you search for an answer, I have another question — only it’s about HUD.
Question is this: How the heck does an agency ‘misplace’ $1.9 billion? Can someone give me a respectable answer, please!
What I find insane — and I mean the sort of insane that requires a straight jacket — is how Democrats, and their pals within the mainstream media, spew hate onto Elon Musk and the DOGE team for exposing government fraud, but they will not utter a negative word about the government fraudsters who stole billions from American taxpayers.

DOGE sent a letter to the departments of education in all 50 states, notifying them they have 14 days to remove all DEI programming in all public schools. Institutions which fail to comply may face a loss of federal funding.
The Trump administration toughened security requirements for sponsors of illegal alien kids who cross the border by themselves. The Office of Refugee Resettlement said it will require all adult members of a U.S. household that take in a migrant child to be fingerprinted before the minor is released to them.
A federal judge denied eight former inspector generals who were fired by Trump immediate reinstatement to their jobs and criticized their lawyers, saying that the emergency request wasted the court’s resources and time.

Trump initially dismissed approximately 300 staff members from the National Nuclear Security Administration, an agency responsible for managing the United States' nuclear stockpile. However, due to the critical roles these employees played, there was a subsequent decision to pause and reconsider the terminations, with some employees being recalled to their positions.
Under directives from Trump, approximately 1,300 probationary employees of the CDC, which constitute about 10% of the agency’s staff, are being laid off. This includes members of the Epidemic Intelligence Service, known for its role in investigating and responding to disease outbreaks.
The Chairman of the Federal Trade Commission issued a directive prohibiting FTC political appointees from engaging with the American Bar Association (ABA). This policy includes bans on holding leadership roles, participating in events, or maintaining memberships. The decision stems from allegations of the ABA's left-wing political stance and ties to Big Tech.
Trump has placed a framed mugshot from his 2023 indictment right outside the Oval Office.
This crap came to an end today.

VICE PRESIDENT…
JD Vance was praised by Trump on Friday. Trump said Vance’s speech at the Munich Security Conference was a “very good speech, actually very brilliant.” In his speech, Vance blasted European leaders for failing to uphold democratic values, specifically as it relates to free speech and migration.
Also worth noting, Vance met with Ukrainian President Zelenskyy at the Munich Security Conference to discuss ending the ongoing conflict in Eastern Europe. The talks focused on achieving a 'durable and lasting peace', with both leaders expressing a desire to prevent future conflicts in the region. However, a U.S. Congressional delegation presented Zelensky with a document requesting access to 50% of Ukraine's future mineral reserves. This proposal was made in the context of U.S. military support for Ukraine. Zelensky declined to sign the agreement.
CONGRESS…

Shockingly, Governor Gavin Newsom of California has announced he will veto a bill from his own party that would have restricted cooperation between the state's prison system and I.C.E. This decision follows warnings from the Trump administration regarding potential legal and funding consequences for sanctuary jurisdictions, highlighting tensions between state sanctuary policies and federal immigration enforcement.
