The FBI screws Trump; USAID pays for Jihadist's college
TRUMP TO DEPUTIZE IRS
In a letter to Treasury Secretary Scott Bessent, DHS Secretary Kristi Noem requested that IRS law enforcement personnel be assigned to support the apprehension and removal operations of illegal aliens. A senior DHS official expects the request to be granted, fulfilling a previous idea proposed by Trump about sending IRS agents to the southern border. If or when approved, IRS criminal investigators could aid in apprehending illegals and disrupting financial networks linked to illegal immigration.

Documents obtained by Fox News reveal that USAID paid the college tuition for a jihadist who later became a central al Qaeda figure.
USAID apparently funded terrorist Anwar al-Awlaki's tuition for Colorado State University years before he was killed in a drone strike. Copies of the file, which was shared online, shows USAID granted al-Awlaki's request for an exchange visa after he fraudulently claimed he was a Yemeni national.
Rounding out the top headlines…
Trump's border czar Tom Homan accused the FBI of being the source of recent leaks about upcoming ICE raids targeting illegal aliens. Homan's remarks came after an internal government document detailed a large scale raid scheduled in Los Angeles was leaked to the media on Monday.
Homan revealed the Deputy Attorney General has launched a criminal investigation into the leak, and he also said the information received so far “tends to lead toward the FBI”, and that the individual who is behind it all will “lose their job, their pension, and they’re going to jail.”
My Opinion
Inspired by surviving the terror attacks on 9/11, I’ve been covering national security for nearly 20 years. I started producing my first film on illegal immigration in 2008, releasing it in 2010. The film put me on the map; Fox News introduced ‘They Come to America I’ to millions of people during my first appearance on Fox & Friends. For years following, Fox posted me as their unofficial border expert.
I remember the film’s opening night like it was yesterday. It was standing room only, we actually had to turn people away. During the Q&A, a man in the audience asked what I thought a film made by my children in 20 years on the same topic would be about. I responded, “How my dad helped solve the problem.” That was 15-years ago.
I’ve made four films in total, and my message has always been the same. I’ve said without doubt or apology that the reason why September 11 happened, and the reason why our borders have been wide open, is because government officials and three-letter agencies do not have the will to solve problems concerning national security. I saw it firsthand on the first day I picked up a camera — I was stopped by the Border Patrol along a part of the open border in Arizona. An agent handed me his phone, and I was connected with an idiot at DHS. She asked me why I was filming? When I said I was making a documentary, she demanded I tell her what it was about. When I responded, “illegal immigration,” she pressed harder by asking for specifics. I denied her request and continued filming. A few weeks later I was contacted by the NSA; they asked if they could analyze my film for “internal training purposes.”
Over the past two decades, I have made thousands of media appearances, given hundreds of speeches, and written millions of words trying to highlight how and why the federal agencies who are supposed to protect us have not, and do not. I always make the same claim: Not only is it a lack of will, but there is corruption within. I have always known there are bad apples within these agencies who are either paid off, or who are plants from foreign countries that want to destroy us. My messages and warnings have never changed and as a result, various D.C. groups and agencies have tried to get me kicked off TV; de-platformed from social media; and according to a recent bombshell report published in the Twitter Files 15 — a N.G.O. falsely listed me as a “Russian bot and propagandist.”
When it comes to border security and vetting Islamic terrorists, America may as well be a third-world nation — it’s been that bad. Finally, however, Trump, Musk, and the 47th administration are turning things around — and in the process proving I have been correct all along. And although I feel vindicated on some level, it makes me cry inside knowing that so many men and women lost their lives defending this nation and yet, in many ways their sacrifices did little. Reason being, it all fell on the deaf ears and blind eyes of corrupt scumbags and treasonous losers within Washington D.C.’s cesspool. Shame on the swamp creatures who have disrespected our heroes, and in doing so placed you, me, our families, and our nation in harms way.

Trump signed several executive orders last night, including signing off on a major tariff hike on steel and aluminum imports and canceling the previous exemptions made for Canada, Mexico, Brazil, and other suppliers. Trump raised aluminum tariffs to 25%, and reinstated 25% steel tariffs on previously duty-free imports. Additionally, Trump introduced a requirement to block minimally processed Chinese imports. Trade adviser Peter Navarro said the measures will strengthen U.S. industries and national security, but European Commission President Ursula von der Leyen vowed to take “firm and proportionate” measures after Trump announced the tariffs.

THE CRAZY LEFT
A leftist federal judge from Rhode Island ruled that the Trump White House defied his order to release billions in federal grants, marking the first official judicial rebuke of the administration’s actions. The decision establishes a potential constitutional showdown between the executive and judicial branches.
Another leftist federal judge extended the restraining order blocking the Trump administration’s “Fork in the Road” offer to federal employees. The judge is reviewing the case but gave no timeline for a decision.
An additional leftist federal judge temporarily reinstated Hampton Dellinger as head of the Office of the Special Counsel after Trump fired him last week. Judge Amy Berman Jackson’s order allows Dellinger to stay through Thursday after he was terminated via a one-sentence email.
Two nongovernmental organizations, one being AVAC, which works on H.I.V. prevention across Africa, and the other being the Journalism Development Network, which supports a global consortium of journalists, filed a federal lawsuit on Monday seeking emergency relief from the Trump administration’s freeze on foreign aid.
Chelsea Clinton denied allegations that she received $84million from USAID via the Clinton Foundation.

VICE PRESIDENT
JD Vance has been criticizing the judicial branch after issuing legal challenges to Trump's executive orders, tweeting: “Judges aren't allowed to control the executive's legitimate power.” Vance's stance supports the principle of separation of powers, emphasizing that judges should not dictate military or prosecutorial decisions; therefore, they should not dictate or contradict the orders of the U.S. president.
Today, Vance steps onto the global stage at the Paris AI summit where he is likely to deliver a candid message on Europe's regulation of artificial intelligence and moderation of content on Big Tech
Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelenskyy will meet Vance at the Munich Security Conference after confirming he’s willing to “do a deal” with the Trump administration. Zelenskyy will offer rare-earth minerals in exchange for continued U.S. support in the war. He also expressed openness to peace talks with Russia. Former Fox News star, Tucker Carlson, recently claimed the Ukrainian military is selling up to 50% of US-supplied arms, with some winding up with the Mexican cartels.
CONGRESS
The Senate advanced Tulsi Gabbard’s nomination as Trump’s Director of National Intelligence in a 52-to-46 vote, clearing her path for confirmation on Wednesday.
House Republicans remain divided over key issues in Trump’s legislative agenda, jeopardizing their timeline as the Senate advances a competing plan. Speaker Mike Johnson suggested the House might pass a budget resolution this week, delaying the initial timeline again.
Senate Minority Leader Chuck Schumer unveiled the Democrats' plan to counter Trump’s government audit led by DOGE. With little legislative power, Democrats will challenge the audit through Oversight, Litigation, Legislation, and Mobilization. Schumer and Democrat Senator Gary Peters have launched a whistleblower portal for federal employees to report corruption and abuses.
Liberal Senator Elizabeth Warren accused the Trump administration of attempting to shut down the Consumer Financial Protection Bureau to benefit Elon Musk’s payment platform, X Money. Speaking at a CFPB workers' protest, she claimed Musk wants X Money to control all aspects of personal finance. Warren also said that current FDIC staffing shortages 'threaten the safety and soundness of the banking system.'
Democrat Congressman John Larson, 76, appeared to have a medical emergency during a speech expressing concerns about Social Security when he suddenly stopped talking and his eyes widened. His office said later that Larson continued on with his day, but many online suggested he needs a medical analysis.
